Terms and Conditions please read:
1. Payment
After confirmation of order, payment is in full up front either via Bank Transfer (Australian Bank accounts only) or Paypal. Please note once payment is made there are no refunds.
2. Turnaround
If the portrait is for a birthday or other time sensitive event, please allow 3 weeks for your order. Rush orders will cost extra.
3. Changes
For realistic portraits I will provide a sketch for approval, during this stage changes can be made free of charge. However, any major changes at any other stage or for portraits that aren’t realistic portraits, will be charged at an hourly rate of $30 an hour. Some examples of a major changes are “Please move the eyes closer together. Can you change the pattern on my cat? Please change the position of my dog’s body. Please make my cat fluffier.” Some minor changes can be free of charge, however please note that it is up to my discretion to decide what a minor change is and if there are multiple minor changes the above fee may apply. Some examples of minor changes are “Please add more whiskers to my cat. Can you add more shine to my dog’s eyes?” I understand colours in photos sometimes don’t match reality so most colour changes are also free of charge.
4. What you will receive
Once the artwork is finished, I’ll send you a preview. If everything is perfect, I’ll then email the high resolution printable PDF, as well as a printing guide!
5. Copyright
All artwork created by thelaneface will remain the intellectual property of thelaneface, I reserve the right to post on social media (unless the artwork is for a time sensitive event) and print the artwork as a Pet Portrait example, but the artwork will not be available to sell. You may post on your own social media with credit by tagging @thelaneface (on most social platforms, if unsure please enquire) Please do not redistribute or sell as your own.
If you would like to receive an update please don’t hesitate to ask at any point, please note however that an unfinished artwork may look unpolished.
